  1. I agree with the following terms and conditions regarding A-GUN.COM auctions, A division of JIMI ENTERPRISES, INC., A MARYLAND CORPORATION.
  2. I hereby affirm that I am of legal age to purchase FIREARMS and am not Prohibited from doing so by any jurisdiction, either federal, state, or local.
  3. I further agree that I will comply with any and all federal, state, or local laws regarding transfers of firearms, ammunition, parts, or accessories offered by the auction venue of A-GUN.COM.
  4. I also agree that I Own any and all items I offer for sale, and am not prohibited from selling them because of age or federal, state, or local laws.
  5. I agree that all transfers of firearms manufactured after 1899 will be conducted only through a federally licensed dealer. All transfers will be conducted in a manner to comply with laws of the jurisdictions of which both the buyer and seller reside in. IT WILL BE THE BUYER AND SELLER'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT EACH OTHER TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ANY TRANSFERS OF FIREARMS BE COMPLETED WITHOUT THE USE OF A VALID FFL LICENSEE. If you have any questions contact your local office of BATF.
  6. I understand and agree that A-GUN is merely a venue or forum which brings buyers and sellers together and determines a value for their items. A-GUN has no responsibility for the, accuracy or quality of representations or condition of any items offered in our venue.
  7. A-GUN only provides a venue wherein items may be offered for sale by sellers and bid upon by potential buyers. A-GUN is in no way invloved in the handling, shipping, inspection, or delivery of any items.
  8. Our service is similar to a classified advertising venue or forum where sellers can list their items for sale and buyers can shop for items and bid on them if they are interested.
  9. I agree that I am totally responsible for the content and presentation of any items I offer for sale or at auction on A-Gun.Com and accept all responsibility to insure that my products are legal to sell on the Internet and does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties in any form or fashion. Furthermore, I agree the A-Gun.Com reserves the right, at their sole discretion, the right to remove, exclude or, eliminate, which includes the following: membership, listings or advertisements and may edit or remove objectionable material without notice or explanation. This includes items known or unknown now and in the future.
  10. I agree that all items on this venue or forum are sold without warranties, expressed or implied, and are sold in "as is" condition for any purpose or capacity. No agency of any type exists between A-Gun.Com and the users of the website concerning any aspect of any dealings between the users, or the terms and and conditions of any transactions therein. All buyers and sellers or individuals who use this site are independent contractors.
  11. I am aware that I am in compliance with all laws and regulations, (Federal, State, and local) with reference to all aspects of any transactions in which I am involved.
  12. I agree that I will grant A-Gun.Com an unconditional grant of limit of liability and will not hold A-Gun responsible or liable for any damages of any kind whether direct or indirect, incidental or consequential for negligence or in any capacity for services rendered. The use of this service is used wholly at my risk and I am totally responsible for my use of this system. I also understand that my use of this may result in losses to myself and I will release A-Gun.Com from all such losses. I further agree that laws of the State of Maryland, County of Carroll, will apply to any actions that may arise under this agreement and will be brought exclusively in that jurisdiction. If any provisions of this agreement are struck, the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
  13. I agree to submit at time of application a credit card to verify that I am of legal age and will not hold A-Gun responsible for any damages that may arise as a result out of my purchase, sale or use of any items bought or sold or listed on A-Gun.Com. I voluntarily waive any and all claims arising out of my listings, purchases, sale or use of any items and will not file any such actions against A-Gun.Com, JIMI ENTERPRISES INC, or its employees, heirs, or owners.
