SELLER AGREEMENT

* By clicking on "I Agree" at the bottom of this page, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree with the following statements as well as the general terms of use:

  1. You must first register to become a seller on A-GUN.COM. There is no charge for this service.
  2. A seller may place a reserve price on items he wishes to place on this venue. That price will be kept secret. The seller may place a starting price higher or lower than that reserve price.
  3. It will be against the policies of A-GUN.COM for any person or persons to manipulate the price of any item by shilling. I agree that I will not set the the price of any item through manipulation by myself or the use of a third party. If evidence is found of this I agree that my membership will be revoked and I will pay A-GUN.COM any and all monies due for services rendered. (We will not tolerate any shilling!!).
  4. When a reserve price has been met a notice will be posted at the location of that item.
  5. I understand and agree that it is against the law for an under age person or a convicted felon to possess a firearm. You must be 21 to use this site or the age of majority in the state of your residence.
  6. Set your reserve prices as low as possible, as this will create interest in your items.
  7. I agree that in posting an item for auction that I will except the highest price above my reserve. If I receive one bid higher than the reserve, I will sell the item for that price.
  8. Sellers are expected to be truthful with their listings. All descriptions shall be clearly described to include shipping, packing charges, taxes, etc. Photos should be used wherever possible to give the buyer a better view of your items.
  9. All seller shall give the buyer a 3 day inspection period. The seller may post in their listing that there is no inspection on their items. If the buyer does not want to keep the item they must notify the seller within three days of receiving the item. The buyer must return the item in the same condition as received. The seller is obligated to refund the full purchase price. The seller may retain the cost of shipping and cost of insuring the item. Sellers may not charge any other fees. Any seller violating this will suffer suspension of using this site.
  10. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide payment in the form of cashiers checks, bank drafts, certified funds, or money orders for immediate shipping. The seller may hold the items until personal checks clear their banks. If a buyer or seller have problems they can not resolve, we have provided a feedback area for your use. Be careful of your comments, as you are responsible for them and are legally responsible for their content. Try to resolve your problems, as most are simple misunderstandings.
  11. Sellers are not allowed to offer the following: machine guns, class 3 weapons of any type, armor piercing bullets, racist literature, propaganda, books or pictures that do not pertain to firearm items. These items will be removed.
  12. We do not condone fraud of any kind. If you feel that fraud has been committed, contact your local law enforcement agency.
  13. We do not allow you to re-use any person's e-mail address (spamming) without their permission.
  14. All items offered must be placed in their proper categories. We reserve the right to change items that are misplaced to their proper categories.
  15. We allow auctions to continue for a maximum of no more than 20 days.
  16. I agree that I will not hold A-GUN.COM, its owners, employees, or heirs responsible for any liability or damages as a result of anyone's misuse of this site. This will include claims for damage from one user over another user. This site is simply a place to conduct business. We shall have no liability because of disputes or injuries that may result from a buyers or sellers transactions. It is the sole responsibility of buyers and sellers to know whom they do business with. Do not complete any transaction if you decide the person you are dealing with is not trustworthy. As we cannot guarantee that our users are obeying the law, it is up to buyer and seller to determine if their transactions meet all federal, state, and local firearms laws.
