BUYER AGREEMENT

* By clicking on "I Agree" at the bottom of this page, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree with the following statements as well as the general terms of use:

  1. You must first register before you bid on any items. There are no charges for this service.
  2. We will notify you by e-mail if you are out-bid by another bidder.
  3. Our site will not accept a bid that is lower than the opening bid.
  4. Before you bid carefully review each item. Make sure you know what it is. Review sellers feedback if you have any questions. Most FFL holders charge a fee for transfers.
  5. Bidding on items on this venue is a legally binding contract and is irrevocable. If you are the high bidder and the seller accepts your offer, you are LEGALLY obligated to complete the transaction. Your failure to complete any transactions will terminate your User's Agreement.
  6. Failure to complete any transaction may subject you to legal action by the seller.
  7. All items are on this site for auction to the highest bidder. Remember, the seller sets the minimum bid and the minimum amount that the bid can be raised each time. Some items may have reserves. If reserves are not met, seller may or may not sell item at their discretion.
  8. When the auction is complete, the buyer and seller will be notified to contact each other to complete the transaction.
  9. If you plan to return a purchase, all items MUST be returned within 10 days after the 3 day inspection period.
