Moore's cartridge revolver in 32 rim fire caliber , serial number 5778. This gun has a 6 inch barrel that is marked on top " MANFD FOR SMITH & WESSON BY MOORE"S PAT . FIREARMS CO.".The barrel and cylinder are shiny with no blue remaining and are not pitted ,but does have some corrosion in front of the cylinder from firing black powder cartridges . The brass frame has a nice yellow mustard color to it with some nice scroll engraving and 55% of the original silver finish that is now turning black. The walnut grips are very good with no cracks or serious damage and 75% of the original varnish finish. The Gun is in very good mechanical working order and shows light wear from usage .
