S. North model of 1816 Flintlock in 62 caliber smooth bore . No serial. This very nice old gun has a 9 inch round barrel with iron trim including trigger guard , back strap and butt plate . The wood is very good with no cracks and the normal dings for a gun nearly 200 years old .The flintlock looks to be original except one spring may be a replacement at some later date . The lock is marked " S. NORTH / U.S. ,with a eagle between the U.& S. / MIDLN CON. The metal shows some old brown blue colors mostly on the lock with some of the metal being brown and areas such as the barrel being mostly shiny. The gun works and does not show a lot of wear . British back lock percussion blunderbuss with a 1 inch bore , serial number 11 . This gun has a 13 inch brass or bronze barrel with the usual funnel on the end and has some proof markings on the side of the barrel and a lot of different markings under the barrel including the word British . The barrel is the usual yellow color that has a nice patina to it . The back lock action is not marked but has 80% of the bright blue with some clouding . The mount where the barrel hooks has 70% of the bright blue . None of the metal parts have any damage of any kind . The trigger guard and butt plate are of brass and have a nice mustard color . The wood is very nice with no cracks or damage and has 90% of the original finish , with a few scattered dings . Hall & Tuller under hammer percussion pistol serial number 140 in 31 caliber . The half octagon half round barrel measures 3 inches . The top of the frame is nicely engraved and stamped " Hall & Tuller / Hartford /Connecticut " with stampings being a little crooked . The left side of the barrel is stamped " WARRANTED / CAST STEEL " . The back strap is of brass with a nice yellow patina .The wood grips are very good with a small piece missing on the left side . The gun is in excellent mechanical working condition . This gun has a 7 1/2 inch barrel that is made out of brass that is 3/4 inch diameter and appears to have a metal liner . The baggett frame handle is Made of brass with a steel upper part . The gun is cocked by pulling the large brass ring until the sear catches . The gun has a small blade sight on the front and a small screw with a slot on the rear that can be adjusted up or down . The gun is well made but has no makers name. The baggett grip is drilled for a wire stock that is missing . Gentleman's Cane gun - Thin profile . Very thin with largest area being about 9/16 of a inch . The caliber is 30 caliber rim fire , with no serial number . The barrel is very thin and measures 3/8 of a inch. This gun has no markings that I can see . The brass handle has some areas that are nicely engraved in circles and has a ring style engraved area where the barrel screws on and has traces of what appears to be a silver finish . The barrel is 29 1/2 inch long with a heavy breech where the cartridge goes. The barrel is finished in Japanning and has 90% of that finish remaining .The barrel tip has a silver finish and a small ding in it . This when removed is used to cock the gun for firing .The handle screws off the gun for loading . The tiphas hooks that are used for cocking the gun , the bottom of the firing pin is the trigger for firing . The gun is in excellent mechanical working order . The bore is a mixture of bright and gray . # 5082 25.00 S&H . A very hard to find cane gun. I have 19 of these to sell each one is different. .
