KRAG MFGED FOR THE DANISH MILTARY serial number 66307 with all matching numbers . The calibre is unknown to me but is appro 30 calibre . The gun has a 33 inch barrel with some inspector marks and the serial number . The receiver has the serial number and the following markings : GEVAERFABRIKEN KJBENHAVN 1909 and M98 . The metal has only traces of finish in protected areas and is pitted free but does have a couple of metal dings . The wood is very good with no cracks but is missing a small piece behind the rear sling swivel and a brass tag that has 1R979 stamped on it . The wood has 75% of the original finish. The bore has strong rfling that is shiny with light gray grooves and will clean better .
