The gun is in very good mechanical working order . Gem Derringer ( unmarked ) in 22 caliber rim fire , serial number 1038. This gun has a 2 3/4 inch round and half octagon barrel that is unmarked . The barrel has 40% of the blue that is mixed with grey and some shiny areas . The brass frame has a nice yellow patina and is not damaged . The walnut grips are very good with a old crack repair in the left one that appears to be tight . The grips have 75% of the original finish . The gun is in very good mechanical working order and shows very little wear . Deringer 32 caliber rim fire revolver, serial number 850. This revolver has a 3 1/2 inch round barrel with a solid rib and is marked " DERRINGER PHILADA ". The left side of the barrel is marked " MANUF'D AT THE DERINGER RIFLE AND PISTOL WORKS PHILA. PA". The gun has a nickel finish with 60% on the barrel and cylinder and 90% remaining on the frame . The gun has a set of 2 piece walnut grips that are not cracked or broken and retain 75% of the original finish. This gun has a 3 inch swing barrel that swings to the right for loading and unloading and is 1/2 round and 1/2 octagon and is marked on the top of the barrel " GEM" . The barrel has 70% of the blue that is mostly brown and grey with some shiny corners and edges and no pitting . The brass frame has a nickel finish with 85% of that finish remaining with some peeling near the barrel . The 2 piece walnut grips are excellent with no cracks or damage and 75% of the original finish .the gun is in very good mechanical working order with a normal amount of wear for a old gun.
